Not Quite Irony

Normally, the overcast and rainy skies of Seattle are perfect for computer geeks such as myself, who like it dark and prefer their illumination to come from the soft glow of computer monitors. But as spring approaches, the blinding orb in the sky makes more and more ocular incursions.

So this morning, to the annoyance of those without window offices, I pulled the blinds because it was too bright.

Daylight Savings Time means that now the sun will glint off my computer game posters much longer in the evening, until the sweet comforting cloak of darkness makes everything right again.
